Refund Processing

Once your refund request is received and verified to be within the eligible time frame, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Exceptions and Limitations

• Refunds are only available for first-time purchases. Subsequent renewal payments are not eligible for the money-back guarantee.
• If you have previously received a refund for a SupertrendFinder subscription, you may not be eligible for another refund on future purchases.
• We reserve the right to deny refund requests that we determine, in our sole discretion, are abusive of our refund policy or made in bad faith.
• If a subscription was purchased as part of a special promotion or discount, the refund amount will be based on the actual amount paid.

Subscription Cancellation

Requesting a refund will result in the cancellation of your subscription and immediate termination of access to premium features. If you wish to cancel your subscription without requesting a refund, you can do so at any time through your account settings.

Cancelling a subscription without requesting a refund will allow you to continue using the service until the end of your current billing period.

Free Trial Conversions

If you signed up for a free trial that converted to a paid subscription, the 14-day money-back guarantee period begins on the date your free trial converted to a paid subscription, not on the date you initially signed up for the free trial.

Changes to This Policy

SupertrendFinder reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our service following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
